A 2 leeks, finely sliced 1 carrot, chopped 1 stick celery 250g boneless, skinless chicken, finely sliced 1l water 25g pearl barley 2½ tbsp MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stockpepper to tastesliced spring onion 1 tbsp cooking oil
Per person: Energy 131 kcal Carbohydrates 11g Protein 16g Fat 3g
Add chicken and continue to fry for 2 mins.
Bring to the boil and reduce heat; simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and garnish with spring onion. Serve hot.
