1 litre water
100 gm dried sweet melon
80 gm shelled gingko nuts
50 gm barley
50 gm dried beancurd
sheet
500 ml NESVITA Soya Bean Milk

 
Cooking Steps
  1. In a saucepan, boil ingredients A over low heat until soften and water reduced to half; stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
  2. Stir in NESVITA Soya Bean Milk and bring to boil.
  3. Remove from heat and serve hot or cold.
