750 ml water
1 sachet MAGGI® Crab & Tang Hoon Soup
1 tbsp cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, minced 
3cm ginger, finely minced
4 dried mushrooms, pre-softened
& thinly sliced
   
A  
½ cup prawns, shelled 
½ cup squid, cleaned and sliced
75g carrot, sliced
100g snow or sweet peas
1 tsp pepper (or to taste)
½tsp sesame oil
   
1 egg, lightly beaten
8 packets MAGGI® Mini Noodles
without seasoning powder

Pickled green chillies to serve.

Cooking Steps
1 Mix water with MAGGI® Soup and set aside.
2 Heat oil and lightly brown ginger and garlic. Then add mushroom.

Stir in MAGGI® Soup and bring mixture to boil. Put in carrots. Then stir in ingredients A and simmer for 5 minutes.

Turn off the fire and gradually stir in egg and cook just until eggs sets. Remove from heat and spoon sauce mixture over noodle immediately.

Carbohydrate is important as it provides energy to all the cells in your body.

 

Good to remember
To prolong shelf life, you can store dried mushrooms in paperbags and keep them refrigerated.
