1 tablespoon cooking oil
   
A  
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tablespoon tomato paste
1½ tablespoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon oregano, optional

200 gm beef, cut into small cubes
100 gm kidney beans
100 gm button mushroom, quartered
100 gm carrot, cubed
100 gm celery, cubed
2 slices lemon skin, optional
   
1 litre water
1 sachet MAGGI® Bolognese Sauce Mix
200 gm BUITONI® Spiral Pasta cooked
  grated parmesan cheese

Cooking Steps

1. Heat oil and stir fry ingredients A until aromatic.

2. Add in ingredients B and fry for 5 minutes.

3. Stir in water and MAGGI® Mix. Bring to the boil and stir occasionally.

4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened;
    remove from heat.

5. When serving, pour sauce over pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
