3 tablespoon cooking oil
 
A
2 onions, sliced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 sprigs curry leaves
1 teaspoon mustard seed
3 cm cinnamon stick
2 cloves
3 cardamom seeds
2 petals Star Anise

2 tablespoon

curry powder mix
3 tablespoon

water

500 gm large shelled prawns
200 ml water
6 tablespoons MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
1 teaspoon sugar or salt to taste
3 teaspoons MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock with no added MSG
   
2 red chillies
2 green chillies

 
Cooking Steps

1. Heat oil and stir-fry ingredients A until fragrant.

2. Add curry paste and fry until aromatic.

3. Stir in ingredients B and bring to a boil.Simmer until gravy thickens slightly.

4. Stir in chillies before removing from heat.
