Tofu and Tomato Pasta

200g BUITONI® Spaghetti Pasta, cooked
1 tbsp cooking oil
250g firm tofu, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 clove garlic, crushed
   
A  
450g

cherry tomatoes, halved

6 stalks

spring onion, sliced

Handful of basil, torn
2 tbsp

MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock
pepper to taste

 
Cooking Steps
1 Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Heat the oil, then fry the tofu and garlic until lightly brown.

Add in ingredients A.

3 Add the cooked spaghetti. Toss well. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
 

Good to know:
Pasta tastes best with Olive Oil that is high in unsaturated fat.

Good to remember:
Nutritious and protein-rich, tofu is made from the curds of soybean milk.
