300 ml NESTLÉ® UHT Low Fat Milk
2 scoops NESTLÉ® Vanilla Ice Cream
   

Mint leaves to garnish

 

 
Cooking Steps

Step 1 : Place ingredients A (pitted dates, NESTLÉ® UHT Low Fat Milk  and NESTLÉ® Vanilla Ice Cream) in a blender.

Step 2 : Blend for 30 seconds or until texture is smooth.

 

Good to know:
Milk is an excellent source of calcium - a mineral that is needed for building healthy teeth and bones.

Good to remember:
This drink is great for breaking fast during Ramadhan. For variety, you can replace the dates (kurma) with fruits like mango or oranges.
