Preparation and cooking time : 30 minutes

Serves : 6 persons

Per person : 166Kcal,
28g Carbohydrates, 6g Protein, 3g Fat

Ingredients A  
150gm self raising flour
25gm NESTUM® Cereal
2 teaspoon MAGGI® Chicken Stock Granules

Ingredients B  
100gm minced chicken meat
25gm carrot, shredded
25gm chives, cut into 1 cm length
25gm button mushroom, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
4 tablespoon cream style sweet corn
1 cup NESTLE® Low Fat Milk
  MAGGI® Chilli Sauce

 
Cooking Steps

Cooking Steps:

1. In a bowl, mix ingredients A well.

2. Add in ingredients B and gradually stir in NESTLE® Milk. Mix until mixture becomes a thick batter.

3. Heat a non-stick frying pan and spoon 1 tablespoon batter into the pan.

4. Cook over low heat until bubbles begins to burst on the surface.

5. Turn over and cook the other side.

6. Serve warm with MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, if desired.
