Sullivan O’Carroll, the Managing Director of the Company, was appointed as a Non-Independent, Executive Director of the Company on 1 July 2003. He holds a degree in Psychology from the University of South Africa.

He has served the Nestlé group of companies for 35 years, started in 1973 as a Merchandising Trainee in Nestlé South Africa. Before his current appointment in Malaysia, Sullivan O’Carroll has held various senior positions in other Nestlé markets, including as the Market Head of Nestlé Poland.

He holds 90 shares in Nestlé S.A., but has no conflict of interest with the Group, does not have any personal interest in any business arrangement involving the Group and has no family relationship with any other director and/or major shareholder of the Group. He has not been convicted of any offence within the past 10 years other than traffic offences, if any. Sullivan O’Carroll has attended 3 [three] meetings of the Board of Directors for the financial year ended 31 December 2007.
