During a briefing to members of the media on this campaign, Don Howat, Business Executive Manager for Beverages, Nestlé Products Sdn Bhd, said, "Maya Karin is an ideal ambassador for NESCAFÉ® because she is energetic, exuberant and dynamic."
"She also has a strong appeal amongst all Malaysians from all walks of life. This provides the brand with an excellent platform to communicate the positive benefits of coffee to Malaysians." According to Howat, the feedback and response has been positive since the launch of the campaign in April. "The objective of the campaign is to drive awareness about the benefits of coffee and provide a better understanding on antioxidants amongst Malaysians .This is in line with Nestlé's vision to bring Nutrition, Health and Wellness benefits for our consumers."
