Abdul Wahab Bin Abu Bakar began his career with Nestlé Malaysia in 1984 as a Personnel Manager.  Since then he held various Human Resource positions including Employee Relations Manager, Human Resource & Planning Manager and Group Human Resource Manager.  In 1996, Abdul Wahab was expatriated to Nestlé Australia in Sydney as Human Resource Adviser.  Upon his return in 1997, he re-assumed his position as Group Human Resource Manager before being promoted to his current position as Human Resource Director in 1998.

Abdul Wahab is an Economics graduate from Universiti Malaya.  As part of his development programme with the Company, he had undergone the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) programme in Lausanne, Switzerland, as well as a Leadership Programme in UK.
