Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur



Situated near the National Art Gallery of Malaysia is the scenic Taman Tasik Titiwangsa. Getting there is easy but due to its central location, traffic can get pretty congested around 8.00 am onwards. Try going at around 6.00 am to avoid traffic. Getting a parking spot is not too difficult as there are a number of parking bays and most of them are free.
The best time to go is early in the morning to catch the sun and fresh air as temperatures can be quite high towards the afternoon. Going in the evening is not too bad of an idea as the weather is comfortable although traffic might be a problem.

Walking along Taman Tasik Titiwangsa is a pleasant experience as it is well kept and not too crowded. The land is flat and there are many wide open spaces that are perfect for picnics and sports such as cycling or badminton. There is also a playground for children and other facilities such as watering fountains, toilets and resting pavilions.

Overall, Taman Tasik Titiwangsa is a great recreational park for the family. It is easy to complete the route, beautifully kept and well facilitated.
