The Nestlé Management & Leadership Principles set the platform for all Nestlé Employees worldwide.

Nestlé as a group, has launched the Nestlé Leadership Framework that encapsulates 13 behavioral competencies, as a guide in developing, managing and evaluating all management staff. The Leadership Framework is used across the various people processes :-
