Base Pay
Determined by job sizes, market competitiveness and individual experience, skills and performance. Nestlé use relevant, competitive market data to determine and manage our base pay. Our Base pay includes Monthly salary and contractual Bonus.
Variable Pay
To reward the difference between meeting and exceeding performance goals, variable pay maybe in the form of individuals or team incentives as applicable to the needs of the business and individual jobs. Variable Pay consists of Management Performance Bonus and Sales Incentives.
