For the fourth year in running, POWERBAR^® will once again be offering The POWERBAR^® Triathlete of the Year Award Challenge 2008. The total cash prize of RM5000 will be awarded to the tri-athlete who accumulated the most point from the triathlon series. Tri-athlete has to complete at least 4 out of 5 legs from Malaysia triathlon series. The announcement of the challenge was made at a press conference held recently at Nestlé House on the 28th April.

2008 merupakan tahun ke 4 berturut-turut bagi POWERBAR^® menganjurkan Cabaran Anugerah Triatlete Terbaik POWERBAR^®. Hadiah wang tunai sejumlah RM5000 ditawarkan kepada peserta yang mengumpul jumlah mata tertinggi pada cabaran kali ini. Peserta-peserta triathlon haruslah melengkapkan sekurang-kurangnya empat daripada lima kejohanan yang dipertandingkan. POWERBAR^® telah mengadakan satu sidang akhbar bagi mengumumkan cabaran ini bertempat di Dewan Theatrette Nestlé pada 28 April lalu.
