I'm a mother of 3 children. I have been giving my children Nestle Baby Cereals when they were young. Now, my third child is 19 months old, I have been giving him the Nestle Gold Baby Cereals. He loves it so much and I will still give him baby cereals because i know that it has got lots of nutrition for my child. Thanks Nestle for the good products!

I try to benefit from every tip sent by Dear Nestlé. Before, I ate a lot of sweet things and junk food. Now I focus more on eating vegetables and fruits – trying to manage 5 colours a day. Thank you Dear Nestlé for making me more confident and healthy, and helping me achieve an ideal body shape.

Does mother always know best? I remember my mother used to nag at my brother and I, instructing us to finish our food on the plates as there are many starving people around the world. "Want not, waste not!" she used to say.
Now that I’m grown up, the philosophy of trying to save the world from starvation had backfired. Our practice of diligently cleaning up our plates had resulted in bulging bellies. My brother and I are well fed but we’re not as healthy as we should be.
Being forced to eat whatever our stomach could not take in anymore is food abuse. The notion that being chubby is healthy is wrong. Once you are a chubby child, it is difficult to shed those fatty deposits.
My first step in keeping fit is to stick to a low-carb diet. I eat more protein, vegetables, fruits and drink lots and lots of fresh fruit juice. I make it a point to jog around the neighborhood at least three times a week. With sheer determination and self-motivation, within 2 years, I managed to reduce my flabby tummy and develop a few muscles around the chest and arms. I realised that now I am able to climb flights of stairs with ease. I also feel more relaxed and am able to enjoy life to the fullest.
And now, whenever I am eating at home with my family or in the company of others, I would say "You don't have to finish your food if you don't want to." It is much easier to tackle the world's problems with good physical health and the correct mindset.
