CARROT OATS CHEESY SLICED

Ingredients

A
1 cup self-raising flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder


½ cup NESTUM Oats

½ cup chocolate chips

½ cup grated carrot

100 gm butter or margarine

⅓ cup caster sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon essence vanilla

½ cup NESTLE Natural Yogurt

Frosting
125 gm mascaphon cheese or cream cheese

¼ cup sifted icing sugar

2 tablespoons NESTLE Natural Yogurt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon rind

Preparations

  • Sift together A ingredients; blend in NESTUM Oats, chocolate chips and grated carrot; set aside.
  • Cream butter and sugar until well mix; add in egg and vanilla.
  • Fold in dry ingredients alternately with Yogurt.
  • Spoon mixture into 9in x 9in pan lined with aluminum; press evenly.
  • Bake in preheated 180°C oven for 30-45minutes or until lightly browned; cool.
  • Meanwhile beat frosting ingredients until creamy and spread on cool base. Cut into slices and serve.

1 camca teh serbuk kulit kayu manis


½ cawan NESTUM Oat

½ cawan cip coklat

½ cawan parutan lobak merah

100 gm mentega atau marjerin

⅓ cawan gula kaster

1 biji telur

1 camca teh esen vanila

½ cawan NESTLE Natural Yogurt

Krim
125 gm keju mascaphon atau keju krim

¼ cawan gula aising, diayak

2 camca besar NESTLE Natural Yogurt

2 camca besar jus lemon

1 camca besar parutan kulit lemon

Cara Membuatnya

  • ayak bersama bahan A, gaulkan NESTUM Oat, cip coklat dan parutan lobak merah; ketepikan.
  • Krim mentega dan gula hingga sebati; masukkan telur dan vanila.
  • Kaup balikkan bahan kering berselang seli dengan Yogurt.
  • Masukkan adunan ke dalam acuan berukuran 9inx9in yang telah di alas dengan kertas aluminium; ratakan.
  • Bakar dalam ketuhar bersuhu 180°C selama 30-45 minit atau hingga kekungan; sejukkan
  • Sementara itu, pukul bahan krim hinngga berkrim dan sapu rata di atas hirisan yang telah sejuk. Potong kekepingan yang disukai dan hidangkan.
