I always considered myself relatively fit until I realised 5 years ago that I was fat (BMI 30.1)and got injured easily. I started watching my calories and nutrition and also started walking( could not run) and yoga. After losing about 18kgs in 6months, I realised I could jog and felt much better than before. I was pleasantly surprised and said to myself "LET'S SEE WHERE THIS GOES..." Jogging let to running and eventually, my 1st 10Km race.
My BMI is now 21.63.I swim, bike and run as often as I can and race at every opportunity. I completed my first 30km race as well as my first triathlon this year; feats I would have thought impossible before.I am looking forward to more endurance races.
I am thankful for support and guidance from fellow athletes and for nutritional products like Powerbar for making my dreams possible.

- You may submit as many as you like, however, incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
- You can also mail or submit in person to: POWERBAR® Performance Nutrition Department, Nestlé Products Sdn. Bhd., 22-1, 22nd Floor, Menara Surian, No 1, Jalan PJU 7/3, Mutiara Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
- Nestlé reserves the right to edit, publish and use the stories you submitted in an appropriate manners according to the Company discretions.
- Incentives must be collected within 30 days upon notification, from Nestlé Products Sdn. Bhd., 22-1, 22nd Floor, Menara Surian, No 1, Jalan PJU 7/3, Mutiara Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
For those outside of Klang Valley (addresses within Malaysia only), the costs of delivery will be borne by Nestlé. For delivery outside Malaysia, participants must make their own delivery arrangements.
Participants will be notified via email/phone.
- Nestlé reserves the right to replace the items with others of the same value at any time without prior notice.
