Onboarding and Induction- Well-designed onboarding programmes (introduction to Nestlé culture, perks and benefits, introduction to internal systems, etc.) - New hires will get to visit the Nestlé factory and our warehouse (NDC) during the induction programme. - Proper on-the-job and classroom trainings.
