Selection and Interviews

- Pre-screening and shortlisting of resumes. - Only shortlisted candidates will be notified and invited for interviews. - 1 or 2 interviews with the Hiring Manager and HR representatives.

Job Offer/Outcome of Interview

- Feedback of final interview outcome for candidates (both successful or unsuccessful candidates). - Communicate offer to successful candidates. - Reference checks. - Pre-employment medical checkup.

Onboarding and Induction

- Well-designed onboarding programmes (introduction to Nestlé culture, perks and benefits, introduction to internal systems, etc.) - New hires will get to visit the Nestlé factory and our warehouse (NDC) during the induction programme. - Proper on-the-job and classroom trainings.
