NESTLÉ ICE CREAM revealed the all new MILO® Frozen Confection at a media launch event held at Menara Surian on 28th January, 2016.
MILO® was first introduced in 1950, and since then, has become a well-loved beverage to Malaysians young and old, with the promise in fuelling us with positive energy all day. The introduction of the MILO® Frozen Confection will further continue our company’s mission for being the trusted brand in households nationwide.
Malaysians have many ways to enjoy the nourishing goodness of MILO® whether by having a nice big spoonful of it right into their mouth, starting their day with a hot cup of MILO®, the MILO® dinosaur; a concoction of milo ice sprinkled with spoonful of delicious goodness, and last but not least the latest NESTLÉ MILO® Frozen Confection, the popsicle.
Yit Woon Lai, Business Executive Manager of Ice Cream Business Unit at the launch said, “As Malaysians, we resonate so well with MILO®, from drinking for morning breakfast to consuming it in the afternoon at work. That is why it gives me great pleasure to introduce an all-new addition of our favourite brand - the NESTLÉ MILO® Frozen Confection.”
Yit further commented that ice cream lovers of any age would now have the opportunity to have two of their favourite treats – MILO® and frozen confection, combined into one mouth-watering indulgence.
“NESTLÉ ICE CREAM, known for its quality, is not only passionate about nutrition but is also an ice cream treat that makes life a little sweeter and refreshing. We pride ourselves in using the highest quality ingredients to produce the best-tasting ice creams for our consumers. This is what sets us apart from our competitors,” added Yit.
The launch event themed around “Nostalgia” evoked a reminder for all guests of their most cherished MILO® experience. At the event, members of media had the opportunity to walk away with exciting prizes in the form of a MILO® branded mini fridge, as well as participated in activities centred on the theme of the launch event.
