THE STAR ESG POSITIVE IMPACT AWARDS 2024
Nestlé Malaysia continued to demonstrate its environmental responsibility, securing a Silver in the Waste Management category of the ESG Positive Impact Awards, organised by The Star Media Group. The awards recognised the Company’s exemplary KITAR Recycling Programme, which addresses solid waste challenges in Malaysian suburbs with door-to-door collection utilising motor sidecars, reaching approximately 9,200 households during the year in efforts to enhance recycling practices.

MOST SUPPORTIVE CORPORATE PARTNER AWARDS
Nestlé Malaysia was honoured to be named Most Supportive Corporate Partner by The King’s Trust International for its significant efforts to uplift Malaysian youth through the TEAM Programme, in collaboration with Selangor Youth Community. The partnership focuses on environmental awareness and sustainable practices among the young, with Nestlé strengthening its commitment by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand the initiative.

Nestlé Malaysia was honoured with the Silver Award in the Consumer Products and Services sector at The Edge Malaysia ESG Awards 2024. The Edge Malaysia ESG Awards aimed at acknowledging public-listed companies and asset management firms that are leaders in the ESG space.

Recognised for successfully delivering the highest return on equity over three consecutive years in the Big Cap Companies category of the acclaimed BRC Corporate Awards organised by The Edge, Nestlé Malaysia continued to maintain its stellar track record. The achievement was specifically for the RM10 billion to RM40 billion market capitalisation range.

NATIONAL CORPORATE GOVERNANCE & SUSTAINABILITY AWARDS 2024 (NACGSA)
Nestlé Malaysia was ranked 36th in the Excellence Award 2024 – Top 50 at NACGSA 2024, organised by the Minority Shareholders Watch Group. This prestigious accolade recognises Malaysia’s top public-listed companies for outstanding corporate governance and sustainability achievements, reaffirming Nestlé Malaysia’s leadership in transparency, accountability and responsible business practices.

Nestlé Malaysia demonstrated its continued leadership in the FMCG sector, earning top recognition in the Kantar Asia Brand Footprint Report 2024. MILO was celebrated as the Most Chosen Brand in the Beverages category in Malaysia, reflecting its deep resonance with consumers. Alongside this, MAGGI maintained its position as the No. 1 FMCG Brand in Malaysia for an outstanding 12 consecutive years, cementing its status as a trusted household brand.
