Packaging and Circularity
With plastic waste continuing to accumulate in landfills and in our oceans, endangering wildlife, tackling plastic pollution has never been so pressing. It is an urgent priority for us and a responsibility we take seriously.
We are accelerating our actions to tackle the plastic waste problem and are committed to making a significant difference everywhere we operate. We are making progress but there is much more to come. We want to be a leader in this space.
Our vision
None of our packaging, including plastics ends up in landfill or as litter.
Our ambitions
By 2025, we will ensure that…
95% of our packaging is recyclable or reusable;
The use of virgin plastics in our packaging is reduced by one third.

Understanding that the issue of plastic waste is complex, we leverage a multi-pronged approach structured upon five key pillars:
Reducing our use of virgin plastics packaging material, removing unnecessary plastics and increasing recycled content.
Scaling reusable packaging and bulk dispensing systems to eliminate the need for disposable packaging.
Pioneering alternative materials, novel technologies and innovative packaging solutions to facilitate reuse and recycling.
Supporting collection, sorting, reuse and recycling infrastructure to shape a waste-free future.
