What is Nestlé YOUth Ambassador Programme?
The Nestlé YOUth Ambassador Programme is a one-year ambassadorship programme where you – a university student, get to be a Nestlé ambassador for your university!
As a YOUth Ambassador you’ll be:
- The bridge between Nestlé and other students
- Leading Nestlé in CSR activities and events on campus
- Creating hype as a Nestlé ambassador

Are you the one we’re looking for?
We’re looking for 2nd-year university students across Malaysia who are
-
Social Media Savvy Confident on camera and actively creating content on social media. (A public profile is required.)

Outgoing & Creative Energetic, expressive, and naturally great with people.

Campus-Active Actively involved in at least one club, society, or co-curricular activity.

Strong Communicators & Leaders Able to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively—both independently and in teams.

Committed & Reliable Able to follow guidelines and meet deadlines consistently.

Results-Oriented Maintains a CGPA of 3.2+ or an average of 60% and above.

So… What will you do as a Nestlé YOUth Ambassador?

Create Hype Bring the brand to life by creating engaging, scroll-stopping content across social media, blogs, and digital platforms using #NestléYouth.

Spread Awareness Champion initiatives around sustainability, youth empowerment, and community impact—on campus and beyond.

Lead Events Identify and drive opportunities to engage students through career talks, activations, and mentoring sessions.

Build Connections Represent Nestlé at career fairs, workshops, and campus booths—becoming the face of the brand on your campus.

Being part of the NYIP as a student ambassador was honestly a really eye-opening experience, which built my confidence and creativity. It also gave me the chance to meet passionate people who inspired me a lot.
