This program builds a talent pool for future job openings and enhances your skills and exposure in Technical & Production or Supply Chain.

Ensure competent maintenance management, lead the factory asset maintenance program to eliminate unplanned downtime, optimize maintenance costs and increase asset efficiency.
Ensure the day-to-day maintenance and continuous improvement of the Electrical Power Distribution System, Instrumentation, Automation, Digital Manufacturing (DMO) system, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Support teams in achieving shift/line objectives, ensuring timely, compliant production that prioritizes safety, quality, cost, delivery, and the environment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee involvement.
Provide support for microbiological, chemical, sensory analytical services, and specialized testing for raw, packaging, and finished goods in the factory.
Lead factory-wide innovation in products, processes, and packaging, while also overseeing technical releases and driving new product development procedures and guidelines.

Safety Health & Environment ensures and provide technical support to factory operation on legal and Nestlé SHE compliance, risk management & control, incident management & performance, and development of strong safety culture.
Ensure production scheduling within the Master Production Schedule minimizes costs and efficiently manage inbound materials for seamless manufacturing, optimizing costs and supplier relations.

Who are we looking for?
• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience
• CGPA of 3.20 and above
• A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in having hands-on experience in the FMCG industry
• Able to commit for a minimum of 12 months
