Together, we can make a difference
Nestlé employees are passionate about giving back and contributing to their communities. Over the years, thousands of employees have dedicated their time and talent to initiatives that aim to make a positive impact on local communities through our employee volunteer programme, Nestlé Sayang Komuniti.
Nestlé Sayang Komuniti is built on four key pillars that reflect both community needs and our core values. We aim to:
- Support communities in crisis through disaster relief efforts
- Tackle food insecurity by improving access to healthier food options
- Enhance quality of life by fostering vibrant community engagement
- Empower employees to drive meaningful change at the local level
Formerly known as Nestlé Cares, this volunteer programme aims to cultivate a culture of volunteerism among Nestlé employees. Over the years, a variety of activities on a quarterly basis has been organised, including programmes for underprivileged children, support for underserved communities, assistance for flood victims, and environmental initiatives, all made possible by the strong commitment of our 5,000 employees across Malaysia.
