Nestlé for Healthier Kids

mom and daughter

The Nestlé for Healthier Kids program (N4HK) brings together all our efforts to support parents and caregivers to raise healthier kids and inspire children themselves. It promotes healthy eating and lifestyle habits for children aged 7 to 12. Through our campaigns and initiatives, we spread awareness about the need to ensure children get the nutrients to grow and develop properly.

We share knowledge about the benefits of healthy lifestyles in the hope they will take that into adulthood. And we help kids appreciate the difference their individual diet and lifestyle choices make to the planet.

Nestlé for Healthier Kids Together in the Kitchen Campaign

In 2023, we expanded our efforts to include the "Together in the Kitchen" campaign, which entailed an engaging nutritional talk and fun-filled cooking competition for parents and their children. The campaign highlighted the benefits of involving children in preparing meals to foster an appreciation for nutritious foods and shared tips for parents to make the experience more enjoyable for themselves and their kids.

How we are helping to educate kids about healthy lifestyles Nestlé for Healthier Kids incorporates many areas of our work. Collectively, we are motivated by four core objectives, encouraging kids to:
