To submit your Milo van requests, please take note of the following steps so we can assist you better!
Step 1:
Drop us a note at https://www.nestle.com.my/contactus with the necessary details of your event, including the nature of the event, date, time, venue and approximate number of participants. Based on these information, we will provide you the contact details of our regional office nearest to you.
Step 2:
Prepare a formal request letter on your organization’s official letterhead, include all the necessary details as mentioned above and address your letter to the regional office provided in our response.
Step 3:
Ensure your formal request letter is submitted at least 2 months before the date of your event.
Kindly take note that:
1. As we receive thousands of sponsorship requests every month, we may not be able to grant every request. However, rest assured that all your requests will be attended to accordingly.
2. In compliance with the Marketing to Children Policy, we are not allowed to run events and/or provide sponsorship for children below 6 years old.
