What is a WHOLE GRAIN?
Typical refined grains, like white rice and plain white bread, strip out the other parts of the grain, thus losing some key nutrients those parts contain. Only WHOLE GRAIN keeps all the parts of the grain – the bran, endosperm, and germ – so benefits like fiber, vitamins and minerals are also retained. This means you’d get more out of your grain food!
