The Human Resources (HR) division plays a pivotal role in the formulation and implementation of the people strategies that impact financial results and the Company’s long-term profitable and sustainable growth. It is the co-developer of the talent, and it provides the necessary coaching on people matters to add value to the business and play a proactive role in every situation where HR actions are required.

If you have proven experience in recruitment, development or other HR areas, you will join a team devoted to specialism. Group Corporate Affairs

The Group Corporate Affairs division is responsible for the reputation management of the Company. The team creates positive engagement with key stakeholders, provides accurate and consistent information about the Company and manages corporate responsibility programmes for the purpose of creating shared value for both society and the Company.

Legal and Secretarial

The Legal and Secretarial division handles the legal, compliance and company secretarial matters of the Company. It ensures that the Company is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and policies and it plays an active role in advising and providing legal solutions to the business and function units. The division also safeguards the rights, interests and reputation of the Company, and manages its possible legal risks.

GLOBE Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT)

The GLOBE IS/IT division impacts leading business objectives through its leadership role in the area of information and communication technologies. Information Systems professionals will provide the Company with the necessary technology and information to facilitate timely and strategic decisions, improve business results and manage work processes in a more efficient and effective manner.

As part of our IS/IT team, you will unleash technology’s potential by unlocking your own. One of the key channels that you will have for doing this will be our GLOBE programme – a major worldwide business and IS initiative that creates common best practices and infrastructures.
