The new Barista Creations for Ice is given an exotic twist with a Limited Edition Coconut Flavour over Ice. To add on to the excitement, Nespresso Atelier, a versatile coffee machine capable of creating hot and cold coffee recipes, makes its debut in Malaysia.

Keep cool with Limited Edition Coconut Flavour Over Ice
The coconut flavour of the Limited Edition Coconut Flavour over Ice balances beautifully with the roasted, caramelly notes of the Latin American Arabica base espresso.
The Brazilian beans bring an approachable mellowness to the blend, while the other Arabicas from Central and South America give the blend its rounded taste. A delicious hint of a vanilla note runs like an undercurrent in this medium roasted cup, delivering a taste of the tropical islands even with just a sip. Coffee lovers may brew it directly over ice to chill it and lock in the flavours instantly or top it up with cold water or milk for a lengthening treat.
Cool off with seasonal Freddo Delicato and Freddo Intenso
As temperatures soar, Nespresso has also brought back its two beloved iced coffee blends, Barista Creations Freddo Delicato and Freddo Intenso, with the same great taste and all-new sleeve design.
Barista Creations Freddo Delicato is roasted lightly and ground specifically to deliver delicate, bright and fruity notes from the Kenyan Arabica beans when poured over ice; while Barista Creations Freddo Intenso is crafted for those who are looking for a deeper roasted taste for when South American Arabica beans meet Indonesian Arabica, resulting in an intense and exciting coffee over ice.
The Barista Creations for Ice is best served as one coffee capsule (40ml) over a handful of ice cubes (90g) and top it up with cold water and cold milk (90ml) to bring out its full flavour. Nespresso carefully designed the roasting and grinding parameters for each blend, to ensure the flavour and quality of the coffee remains top notch even when the ice cubes melt.
Nespresso Signature Accessories Are Back for Better Coffee Moment
To add more diverse flavours to the Barista Creations for Ice coffee, Nespresso introduces three new MONIN syrup flavours in 50ml sizes – Vanilla, Tiki and Saffron. These syrups contain flavourings from natural sources and are specially prepared to enhance the taste profile of coffee.
Creating an even better at-home iced coffee experience, the popular Nespresso ice cube tray is back in demand. It comes in a stackable format to make sure there is ice on hand for every iced coffee moment. The three-stack ice cube tray kit sees a new colour palette matching the Limited Edition Coconut Flavour Over Ice capsules.
In addition, Nespresso is also offering on-the-go water bottles and upcycled beach towels for a full tropical experience.
Nespresso Atelier: A Versatile Coffee Machine for Unparalleled Coffee Ritual
Hailed as one’s personal workbench, the Nespresso Atelier enables coffee lovers to be the craftsman of their very own coffee and milk recipes.
Thanks to its state-of-the-art technology, whether hot or cold, Nespresso Atelier allows one to brew matchless range of recipes, from cappuccino, flat white, mocha to latte macchiato and ice frappe, with a simple touch of a button. Besides the direct access to nine recipes, coffee lovers can craft and customise their personalised coffee and non-coffee (e.g. chocolate) recipe using the modern-designed coffee machine.
Adding a touch of simplicity, Nespresso Atelier can automatically froth milk or plant-based alternatives and assemble the recipe all directly into the cup. It comes with a detachable milk frother for easy cleaning, and a descaling alert to ensure proper functioning of the machine to yield a perfect coffee experience, time after time.
Purchase Availability
Nespresso Barista Creations for Ice coffee range will be available for purchase from 5 July 2021. The sampling kit is available for tasting with minimum purchases of five coffee sleeves (not limited to any coffee range) between 5 to 25 July.
The Nespresso Limited Edition Coconut Flavour over Ice is priced at RM28 per sleeve, while Barista Creations Freddo Delicato and Barista Creations Freddo Intenso are priced at RM25 per sleeve. Meanwhile, the Nespresso Atelier is priced at RM1,499 and each unit comes with one free Nespresso VIEW Mug.
