Petaling Jaya, 23 August 2025 - The culmination of MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2025 unfolded with vibrant celebrations in Kedah and recently in Terengganu, bringing together families, friends, and fitness enthusiasts for a joyful morning of movement, nourishment, and community spirit.

As a signature initiative by MILO®, the Malaysia Breakfast Day has evolved into a nationwide movement dedicated to promoting the importance of starting the day with a balanced meal and an active lifestyle. This year’s finale not only wrapped up the six-city tour but also shone a spotlight on the warmth, energy, and unity of the participating communities.

Officiated by Yang Teramat Mulia Dato’ Seri Diraja Tan Sri Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz binti Almarhum Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah, Tunku Temenggong Kedah (YTM Tunku Temenggong Kedah) at its sixth and final stop, this marked a momentous close to this nationwide celebration.

“For me, MILO Malaysia Breakfast Day is more than just an event, it’s about nurturing healthier habits and strengthening community bonds. I’m heartened to see families, friends, and the Rakyat coming together with such energy and positivity. Events like this remind us of the importance of prioritising our health and well-being. I look forward to seeing more initiatives that inspire Malaysians to embrace a healthier lifestyle,” shared Tunku Puteri.

The occasion not only celebrated the impact of the programme over the years but also sets the tone for its continued role in inspiring healthier generations ahead.

Meanwhile, Amirul Ikhwan from Alor Setar, Kedah, also shared: “This is my first time joining Malaysia Breakfast Day in Kedah, and I am truly inspired. Not only did my family and I get to run together in a fun atmosphere, but I also learned about the importance of a balanced breakfast and an active lifestyle. MILO® has successfully brought a positive community spirit, and I hope this event will continue every year.”

Meanwhile, Nabilah, a participant from Kuala Terengganu said “As an aunty to two young nieces, I love bringing them here because it’s not just about breakfast, but also about spending time together as a family. Seeing their happy faces running around makes the early morning worth it.”

At the heart of the event was the MILO® 3km community Breakfast Run that welcomed participants of all ages. The excitement did not stop at the finish line, attendees were treated to high-energy MILO® Fitness Workouts, interactive stations, and a visit to the MILO® Goodness Truck, where they learned about how the iconic drink is made. The beloved MILO® Trucks also made their rounds, serving up chilled cups of the nutritious beverage throughout the morning.

Adding to the festive atmosphere were appearances by Friends of MILO®, including actor Nadhir Nasar and rising talent Erysha Emyra, who delighted fans and joined in the celebrations.

This year’s edition was made even more meaningful as MILO® marks 75 years of nourishing Malaysians. Under the anniversary theme “Dulu, Kini dan Selamanya demi Malaysia”, the brand continues its mission to champion active lifestyles and balanced nutrition, while paying homage to its legacy of fuelling generations through nutritious goodness.
