Donates Additional 4,000 Boxes of Essential Food Aid to the Malaysian Red Crescent Society

PETALING JAYA, December 7, 2023 – As part of its efforts to help ease the burden of communities in the East Coast affected by the monsoon floods, Nestlé Malaysia further contributes to the relief efforts by the Malaysian Red Crescent Society (MRCS) with a donation of 4,000 boxes of essential food aid. This new collaboration brings the total contribution to MRCS to RM3.5 million in 2023, encompassing both monetary donations and in-kind support. These funds have been utilized for various purposes such as acquiring essential equipment, enhancing flood preparedness, and supporting local and global humanitarian relief initiatives, including resources for the Palestine Emergency Relief Fund set up by MRCS.
