Read this message in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.
We have been alerted that there are cases where the public has received SMS or WhatsApp notifications allegedly from Nestlé Malaysia, claiming that they had won prizes from Nestlé and/or our brands. Please be informed that these are scams which aim to mislead the public. Winners of our contests will be notified through official means, i.e. contact number, mail etc. and not just on WhatsApp.
Nestlé views this matter seriously and has reported these fraudulent requests to the relevant authorities.
What should I do?
If you have received a message like this, or know anyone who has:
- DO NOT provide any personal details (e.g. bank account numbers.)
- DO NOT make any payments.
