Ingredients:

Sauce: 
6 tbsp MAGGI tomato sauce
3 tbsp MAGGI oyster sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp sugar 

Pizza:
4 slices wholemeal bread 

Toppings:
200g chicken breast, sliced thinly 
50g onion, sliced 
50g red capsicum, sliced 
50g green capsicum, sliced 
100g pineapple, cube 
120g fresh mushroom, sliced 
100g mozzarella cheese 

Garnish & pairing: 
20g lettuce leaves 
2 bananas
1 dragon fruit

Preparation: 

  1. To prepare pizza sauce, mix tomato sauce, oyster sauce, cooking oil and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Use half of the sauce to marinade chicken for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Spread remaining sauce equally on bread. Arrange pizza topping as preferred on bread and finish off with mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Air fry pizza for 10 minutes at 160°C. (Adjust the cooking time as needed, considering your air fryer's capacity and model.)
  5. Cut each slice of bread into 4 squares. Arrange pizza squares on lettuce and serve.
