NESTUM Chicken Bento Box Set

Ingredients:
A (Chicken)
200g Chicken Fillet, cut into cubes
1 tsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp MAGGI CukupRasa
Dash of Black Pepper
1 Egg, half beaten
3-4 tbsp Corn Flour, for coating
40g Unsalted Butter
50g NESTUM Cereal
1.5 tsp Brown Sugar
B (Vegetables)
2.5 cups Broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 Carrot, thinly sliced
2 tsp cooking Oil
1 tsp MAGGI CukupRasa
4 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
C (Dipping Sauce)
2 cups Low-fat Yogurt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Dried Thyme
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Lime Juice
Method:
- Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, and marinate it with MAGGI Oyster Sauce, MAGGI CukupRasa and with a dash of black pepper in a bowl and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- For coating, mix the half beaten egg with approximately 3-4 tbsp of corn flour. Dip pre-marinated chicken meat into the mixture one by one to coat before frying.
- Air fry chicken at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
- In a wok, heat up and mix together unsalted butter, NESTUM Cereal and brown sugar until lightly golden brown.
- Toss in chicken cubes and set aside.
- Bring 3 cups of water to boil and cook broccoli and carrot for around 2 minutes. Transfer out and drain.
- Heat up a wok and stir fry the vegetables with chopped garlic until aromatic. Add MAGGI CukupRasa to taste. Set aside.
- Whisk together all ingredient in C until creamy. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs. Set aside.
- Assemble ingredients in a bento box.
- Ready to serve with white rice, apple and cherry tomatoes (or your preferred fruits).
