Amazing Grilled Portobello Mushrooms & Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients:
600g Portobello mushrooms, cleaned
50ml Olive oil
15g Garlic clove, finely chopped
5g Thyme
160g Sliced cheddar cheese
60g Onion, finely chopped
Freshly ground pepper & salt
Black pepper
Method:
- Mix the oil, garlic, thyme, onion & seasoning together.
- Brush the mushrooms with the oil mixture.
- Place mushrooms onto a gas grill or BBQ and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
- Brush again with the oil mixture and then place the cheddar cheese slice on top (stalk side up).
- Cook a further 1 minute until cheese is melted and serve.
Get your kids involved!
